INSULATION
Polyethylene closed cell foam: assures thermal insulation from surroundings. Thickness according to UNI EN 14114:2006, sui­table to avoid dripping in standard working conditions (minimum inside fluid temperature 7°C, room temperature 27°C, relative humidity lower or equal than 50%).
Low-density polyethylene foam: closed cells foam, CFC and HCFC gas free
Water vapor permeability: µ = 12000
Water absorption: WS 005
Maximum working temperature: ST(+) 110
Wall thickness: from 7 to 10 mm
Surface burning characteristics: Class CL -s1, d0 and BL -s1, d0 certified insolution
Thermal Conductivity: 0,038 W/mk (at 40°), according to UNI EN ISO8497

COPPER
Pipes: Manufactured according to EN 12735-1. Suitable for R407 and R410 gases.
Copper: NO. C122200 DHP (phosphorous deoxidized, high resi­dual phosphorous), 99.90%

Special Features

Outer Jacket: additional white polyethylene jacket co­ver protects foam insulation from tearing during instal­lation proces. Outer Jacket is wrinkled or smooth.
Marking: insulation marked progressively at each me­ter, to ensure correct installation of the product.
R410a approved: Whiteshield can be used in applica­tions where high-pressure gases are used as refrigera­tion source.
UV resistant: Whiteshield is UV resistant.
Paintable: the insulation can be painted to match the surroundings.

DM euro recommends product installation under pla­stic duct to protect it from severe wheater conditions, accidental damages or theft.
